The Drop-In Class option provides one-time access to a single Running Fit Lab group running class. This option is intended for first-time participants or guests who want to experience a class before committing to a membership.

What’s Included

  • Access to one (1) group running class

  • Coaching instruction provided in a group setting

  • Participation in the scheduled class selected at checkout or registration

How to Use Your Drop-In (Important)

After purchasing a Drop-In Class, you must email coach@runningfitlab.com to request the specific class you would like to attend.

Your email should include:

  • Your full name

  • The date and time of the class you would like to attend

Drop-In access is not confirmed until you receive a reply from Running Fit Lab confirming availability.

Eligibility

  • Drop-In Classes are available to new members or guests only

  • Limit one drop-in per person unless otherwise approved by Running Fit Lab

  • Not available to current or active class members

Important Class Policies

  • Drop-In access applies to one class only

  • No rollover, credits, or transfers

  • Drop-In Classes do not convert to memberships or include community access

  • Class schedules, locations, and coaches may change

  • Participation is subject to class capacity and availability

Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Drop-In Classes must be scheduled in advance

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the drop-in

  • No refunds are provided once the class is booked

Important Notes

  • Group classes are not private coaching

  • This service is not medical treatment or physical therapy

  • No performance outcomes or injury prevention results are guaranteed
