Absolutely. Private coaching complements your school team training — it doesn't replace it. We work around your practice and meet schedule, filling the gaps team coaches don't have time to address individually: form, race strategy, and personalized speed work built specifically for your event.
Sessions are in-person in Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Danville, and Livermore. We can meet at your school track, a local park track, or wherever is most convenient for your family. The gait analysis always starts on a track so Francisco can watch your real stride under real conditions.
Yes. Francisco has experience guiding high school athletes through the college recruitment process — from building the performance resume to training specifically for college-level fitness standards. Our 8-session block includes college recruitment guidance as part of the program.
We work with middle school athletes through college-age runners — typically grades 6 through 12. Programs are fully individualized, so we meet every athlete exactly where they are, whether it's their first year of track or they're a returning varsity runner chasing a state qualifier time.
Most athletes notice meaningful form improvements within the first 1–2 sessions.
