Pricing & Session Details
$50 per runner
$225 minimum per session
90-minute session
This structure works well for small teams, larger clubs, and rotating attendance.
Individual one-on-one sessions for team members are booked separately at standard Skill Session rates.
What to Expect
Sessions are 90 minutes to allow time for instruction, movement, and discussion
Runners should come prepared to move and take notes
Ongoing support is not included unless additional sessions are booked
