Running Fit Lab offers targeted, science-backed sessions for run clubs and local teams who want expert guidance — without changing their existing training structure.

These sessions are designed to complement what your group is already doing, offering clarity around strength, durability, form, and common running setbacks.

What These Sessions Can Look Like

Depending on your team’s needs, sessions may include:

  • Strength training guidance tailored for runners

  • Durability and recovery strategies for higher mileage

  • Running form and efficiency education

  • Support for managing common overuse issues

  • Open Q&A around training, load, and consistency

Sessions are practical, interactive, and built to be immediately useful — not lectures, not generic workouts.

Pricing & Session Details

  • $50 per runner

  • $225 minimum per session

  • 90-minute session

This structure works well for small teams, larger clubs, and rotating attendance.

Individual one-on-one sessions for team members are booked separately at standard Skill Session rates.

What to Expect

  • Sessions are 90 minutes to allow time for instruction, movement, and discussion

  • Runners should come prepared to move and take notes

  • Ongoing support is not included unless additional sessions are booked
