What Monthly Coaching Includes

Monthly coaching at Running Fit Lab is designed to provide ongoing structure, accountability, and adaptive supportthrough a combination of live coaching, individualized programming, and regular coach communication. This model emphasizes long-term development rather than isolated or banked sessions.

Live Coaching Sessions

Monthly coaching includes scheduled live coaching sessions, typically up to 60 minutes per session. Session format (in person or online) is determined by athlete needs, training objectives, and coach availability and scheduling.

Individualized Training & Programming

Athletes receive customized training plans with ongoing adjustments based on performance, recovery, schedule changes, and feedback throughout the month.

Ongoing Coach Communication

Between scheduled sessions, athletes may receive coaching support through email and/or text communication, including training feedback, clarifications, and plan updates. Communication is provided as part of the coaching relationship to support training consistency and informed decision-making.

Homework & Independent Work

Training assignments and exercises are prescribed to be completed independently outside of live coaching sessions. Independent work is a core component of the coaching process and athlete development.
