Strength Training for Runners Consultation
Strength that supports your mileage — not competes with it
If you’ve ever questioned what strength work you actually need as a runner, this is a focused, high-value session designed to give you clarity.
This is a single, 90-minute, in-person consultation built around live coaching, assessment, and discussion. The goal is to identify the strength work that best supports your running goals — without unnecessary fatigue, soreness, or guesswork in the gym. Emphasis is placed on efficiency, durability, and transfer to running performance.
Who This Is For
Runners looking to build durability and resilience
Athletes chasing PRs who want strength to enhance, not interfere with, training
Runners frustrated by generic strength plans or random gym routines
Athletes who want clarity on what to do, how to do it, and why it matters
What This Consultation Includes
One (1) 90-minute in-person consultation with a Running Fit Lab coach
Movement screening focused on key running-related areas (hips, ankles, core, and movement patterns)
Identification of strength priorities based on your running volume, history, and goals
Runner-specific strength recommendations
Hands-on coaching for proper form, loading, and execution
Guidance on how to integrate strength work into your existing training week
How These Consultations Work

This service is not physical therapy or medical treatment
No diagnosis, rehabilitation, or injury treatment is provided
