Injury Recovery & Return-to-Run Consultation
For runners navigating common setbacks — and ready to move forward
This is a single, 90-minute, in-person consultation designed for runners dealing with common overuse issues who want to keep moving — or return to running — with a plan that makes sense for their body right now.
Rather than guessing, shutting everything down, or pushing blindly, this session focuses on understanding how your body is responding to training, where load may need adjustment, and what changes can help running feel more predictable again.
Common Reasons Runners Book This Consultation
IT band irritation
Plantar fasciitis–type heel or foot pain
Achilles tightness or flare-ups
Knee pain that appears with increased mileage
Setbacks that show up when training volume or intensity increases
What We Work On
Understanding training patterns and movement factors that may be contributing
Identifying where load, frequency, or structure may need adjustment
Strength and mobility strategies that support more resilient running
A clear, realistic return-to-run or continue-to-run framework
Guidance on progressing without unnecessary shutdowns or guesswork
